4* Chalet Holiday Accommodation

These luxury 4* chalets are ideal for those who want a little bit more from their holiday accommodation. Whether you stay there as part of an activity holiday or you'd just like us to book a 'room only' basis we're sure you'll enjoy the location at the top of Scheffau with magnificent views over the valley. They are situated in a quiet rural location and offer the holidaymaker the chance to have your very own chalet

Chalets

Sleeps up to 8. Minimum occupancy 4 adults. 7/14 night only stays.

There are 12 chalets on site, each one comprised of two Austrian twin bedrooms, a bathroom/wc and lounge on the ground floor. Lounge area has a mini-bar, games compendium, internet access, telephone, satellite television, CD/DVD player (on-site library), safe, house shoes, glasses, cups & kettle.  Upstairs is a mezzanine floor with an Austrian twin bed and fold-down sofa-bed & satellite television.

Outside there is a 25m 2 veranda.

Suites

Sleeps up to 4. Minimum occupancy 2 adults. 7/14 night stays only

These are available in the main building for smaller parties - minimum 2 adults - and have the same facilities as the chalets, just fewer bedrooms.  Suites have balconies, not verandas.

Chalet Meals

Chalet and suite guests can enjoy buffet breakfasts and 4-course evening meals served in the main building restaurant.  Choice of menus, themed buffet evenings, separate children's menu, salad bar and a philosophy of 'eat as much as like' are underscored by the excellent cuisine.

Winter - Dinner, bed & breakfast.

Summer - Dinner, bed & breakfast with light or packed lunch and complimentary soft drinks from 7am to 9pm and complimentary house wine and beer from 2pm to 9pm each day.

Chalet Site Facilities

General - parking, bar, club room/lounge, natural swimming pool, sauna, steam room, solarium (local charge) , table-tennis room, wine cellar (tastings available), baby-phones & baby-sitting service.  A mini-bus shuttle service runs between Leitenhof and the village if you don't want the 10 minute stroll up or down the hill.  Please advise baby food/cots at time of booking.
