Climbing holidays are very popular in this region and once you've seen the Wilder Kaiser (Wild Emperor) mountains you'll understand why. Our Learn to Climb Courses show the ropes of the fascinating sport - and how to use them.

Rock climbing is a super sport, giving you a great sense of achievement when you get to the top so where better to do it than in the mountains. You're rewarded with fantastic views over the stunningly beautiful alpine landscape and the knowledge that not everyone can see the world this way.

Alpine climbing courses or tours can be organised through MTS Ltd for groups or individuals and tailor-made to suit your level. Our guides are local and know the Wilder Kaiser and the other mountain ranges in the area very well - they regularly climb there themselves. They are all qualified in mountain leadership and instruction so you can be sure you're in safe, capable hands.

Our climbing holidays include the following:

If you've climbed before we can arrange refresher climbing courses and climbing tours to suit your level.  Each climb covers a different terrain and hazards - just let us know what your experience is and we'll be pleased to arrange an intermediate or advanced climbing course/tour.  If you prefer self-guided holidays we provide an information service and advise on where to stay, what to see and maps etc for your holiday.

Climbing taster days are available as part of our multi-activity, singles and family holidays.
