Climbing holidays in the Wilder Kaiser mountains offer varied ascents along with the all the beauty of the nature reserve of which these mountains make up a part. Scheffau is ideally situated, lying as it does at the foot of the Wilden Kaiser, to explore this exciting range in either direction along the valley from the village.

Climbing Holidays Packages available for Summer 2008 are as follows :

Family Climbing Holidays 2008

These are available any time during school holidays for those with children aged 12 and over.

Group Climbing Holidays 2008

These are available any time for groups of 4 or more. Either learn to climb or advance your skills and experience in this most amazing part of the world.

Singles Learn to Climb Holidays 2008

21st to 28th June 2008 and 13th to 20th September - join other singles for either a learn to climb week or a skills advancement week at the time of year when we celebrate midsummer on the mountains and then enjoy the peace and calm of the mountains once the school have gone back! Singles groups stay in the 3* Gasthof accommodation with no single room supplement.

Pricing Notes

4* Chalets - minimum occupancy is 4 adults. For fewer than 4 adults a supplement applies.

Intermediates climbing prices depend on the size of party and how many days guided climbing you require.
