Family Walking Holidays

Family Walking Holidays are all about getting out and about on foot and taking the time to enjoy some of the surprises in the hills. The walks on these holidays are graded so that they're not too difficult for younger family members and the routes are carefully chosen to include stops at places of interest to young and old alike.

Family Walking Holidays are suitable for children up to 11 years old. If your children are above that age we recommend the adult walking pack, which includes longer walks than this one. Contact us if you're not sure or you'd like further information.

We've carefully chosen the routes on this holiday to provide that 'back-to-nature-away-from-it-all' feeling, spectacular views, varied terrain and stops at places of interest specially geared to children.  Of course, there's always plenty for the adults to explore at the same time and we think you'll agree, by the end of the week, that the mountains are a magical place for families to get together and have fun.

Scheffau is the first Kneipp Village in the Austrian Tirol and on your holiday with us you'll also have the opportunity to try this 'healthy lifestyle' option. Based around fresh air, walking, meditation, water and healthy eating you'll discover some tricks to stay healthy and try out the Kneipp facilities in resort - free! All the children we know have enjoyed trying it out.
