The women only white water holiday includes inner tubing, white water rafting, canyoning and wild water swimming and all specialist equipment and instruction is included.

Women only white water holidays give you a chance to experience the exciting waters of the Austrian Tirol in a week full of spills and thrills. White water is good at any time of the year in the Tirol and there's so much fun to be had on the natural lakes and rivers of the region.

We're based at the 4* Chalets so buffet breakfast/packed or light lunch and 4 course evening meal is included along with soft drinks/house wine and local beer. The terrace overlooking the valley is an ideal place for a post activity drink and for your enjoyment there's also a natural swimming pool, sauna and steam room. Use of the solarium attracts a local charge.
